How do i get my goods

Okey i know the the temporary people are striking, can you maybe get a temporary team to do the work while the other temp team are striking and where are the full time employees... also taking a holiday?

anyway, i have a very very urgent small package that was booked into the hub on 12th Feb.

Its been more than 2 weeks now and i am sick of waiting. I need this urgently. I have emailed your customer call centre people.

Will it be possible for me to arrange with couriers to collect from you (for them to do your work) and deliver to me or what can i do except get the normal "its a strike" response.

Please advise very urgently
