Mega couch and mattress
3 months later, still no ottoman!

I ordered a bed and an ottoman from the you on November 23, 2012. The bed was delivered by pure luck and ingenuity of the delivery truck driver, who had been given the wrong address and phone number! I was told that the ottoman would take 3 weeks to manufacture. What a of! By December 21, I did not have an ottoman. I was told it would be ready on January 9, 2013. This did not happen. Then I was told month-end January. Still no ottoman. Lastly, I was told it would be ready for collection on February 23, 2013. When I went to collect today (February 25, 2013), I was again told it is not ready.
I am completely fed up with the constant! My last call to your company was half an hour of pass the buck! What else can I do?
