EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - ENSURE ITS REWARDED!

I had taken my Jiffy Steamer for a service. Although a couple of years old, it was still in excellent, brand new condition. Upon collection, had to wait for technician to bring the unit up to main building. Sheralee was very apologetic of the wait and expressed this. As the technician loaded the unit into my vehicle, i noted white paint like scratches on the steam hose and scratches on the handle. He was adamant that it was my machine, but after insisting and stating that i would not accept the unit as would complain, he agreed to go and look for the "right" attachment. I went back inside and explained the situation. The technician returned again but only with the correct steam hose as opposed to correct handle. He kept on insisting that there was no other handle and the others in service looked worse than the one he had given me. Priscilla then came in and advised him where to obtain the correct handle. He duly agreed and return with another handle that looked like mine - brand new scratch free handle.
I departed a very satisfied customer. Knowing I would return and will most certainly be recommending others to experience the excellent service and benefit from the quality produ
