No response to my request, shocking service

I have over the past nearly 7 years spent almost R10 000 on MyPhotoBooks. The service I used to receive was unbelievable. Susan Kritzinger used to return calls immediately, reply to e-mails promptly and was always extremely friendly. We discussed us printing between 50 to 70 books for our sport and she said we can talk about discount. When I e-mailed the company 2 weeks ago, I did not receive a response, found it strange as that was not how Susan worked. Called them and was told abruptly by Ann Rudd that Susan no longer works there. I have asked numerous times if they will discount the books and I get told they will look into it. The last response I received was Friday 15 Feb to say I should have a reply today (Friday). She is now ignoring my e-mails. I contacted another photobook company, who I have never worked with and they came back to me, the same day, with discounted prices. You were the leaders in the industry, MyPhotoBook, but you are losing that SO quickly. Without Susan your business will close with your attitude and slack business sense! I have a deadline, and told them, and still they are interested in getting back to me
