Rude Superviso

Having to collect boxes on behalf of somebody at SACD Cape Town, Eventually finding the right office and arriving there at 13:15, I handed in my documents for collection it was discovered that the shipping line/forwarding agent or someone owed them monies. They would not release my goods until such time as this had been resolved. 1st problem: Not my issue, the problem exists between themselves not me. Next after waiting for someone to tell me what is happening they inform me that they are waiting for the payment to be made & I must come back in an hour. I returned, stood waiting in plain view of 6 staff members no help forthcoming. When I asked someone to assist, the supervisor sat at her desk screaming at me what was happening from the back of the office 15 meters away. I asked her to come and explain it, which she did. She said they had sent an email and account and were waiting for payment still, this was at 14h30. I eventually got hold of the guy from the shipping line at 15h30 and he said they were waiting for email of account from SACD.I asked supervisor not sent, she said it was but she was busy calculating the figures when I asked. Goods got released but no thanks to superviso
