No respect for clients and half orders

During Oct 2012 I phoned a Colleen at Alco Rubber to order 8 rubbers for hydraulic lifts for my workshop. I supplied her with my PO address and paid the invoice supplied. I then waited for the delivery. I was supplied with a tracking number, with a parcel waiting at a different post office. Colleen resent the parcel. The same happened after I supplied my PO address again. I was informed that the PO wrote the wrong PO code every time, and it was not her fault. PO said Alco must contact them to get parcels back. She started becoming extremely rude and insulting towards me. She then resend it, and sent half my order, 5 months later!!! When I tried to contact her again to find the rest of my parcel, she was once again without any manners or respect, saying I am lying, all my rubbers were in the parcel I opened. Why would I keep bugging such a bad mannered person if my order was correct? She should be ashamed of her rude way of speaking to strangers - wheels turn. She my money and I advise people to stay away from Alco Rubber and Colleens insults. This is NO way for any business to treat paying customers. I am completely stunned that she can think it is civilised.
