Business registration not done correctly on time

I requested a name change to my current company registration which is in progress on 23 January. When I called two weeks later on 6 February I was told they have received payment and the necessary details but unfortunately the request was not processed. I was then told they would give me feedback on Friday 8 February, of which no feedback was given.

On 9 February I was sent an email pertaining to someone else's registration and their company certificate! I then received a second email with a company certificate bearing the name which I requested to be changed.

I called this morning and left my details for Tshulofelo to call me, of which she didn't call and when I called back at 15:25 she told me she never received the message. She said she'd call me back after ten minutes, it is now 16:00 and I'm still awaiting my feedback call, which clearly indicates I will need to call back again!

I want my money back and would rather go else where! Where they are professional and know what they are doing. Clearly these people don't have a clue of what they are doing and have no business acumen.
