SPEED SERVICE SA POST OFFICE -NO SERVICE

I live in Margate and had a urgent contract to be delivered in Bloemfontein.
I paid for the option the staff of Margate selected for the most effective GUARANTEED option.
Long story short the parcel was NOT delivered in time
Their Transport broke down NOBODY was informed who paid for overnight service. The Managers in charge could not organize a standby fleet vehicle of think of renting a Avis to deliver what they signed on contract to us the public to deliver within 24 hours. Long story short I had to get in my car at the last moment drive to the free state throughout the night... collecting duplicate contracts in Kroonstad-driving to Bloem-deliver the contract before the deadline. I had to drive from KZN to Free State and back in 3 days-no work no pay. On my way back a truck overturned on Van Reenen Pass, I had extra expense to pay to overnight in a guesthouse. On my Lawyers advice I proceeded with a claim. It cost me 3 days unpaid leave, fuel, toll fee, accommodation etc. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Lindiwe Shilaluke and Walter Makgoba &Memeng Selelane which IS RESPONSIBLE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES have no idea SUGGETIONS TO HANDLE THIS CLAIM. Absolutely a disgrace SA Speed Services
