Bad attitude and customer service at Danhof branch

This morning, Friday, 8th February I went to the local Danhof SA post office branch to pay for my car licence. The lady whose name I dont recall, Afrikaans speaker, was rude and abruptly told me that she could not help me. I explained that my car registered address was moved from Gauteng to Bloem. IMO she pretended to look up the system and she came back stating that the registered address is in Pretoria which is utterly wrong. Upon explaining to her the situation, she abruptly told me"I cant help you, go to the testing (sic) centre".
Let's bear in mind that the Bloem traffic dept people checked recently the system for me..stating the my car registered address is indeed in Bloem!
What a shame!
I would like an apology from a manager, asap.
