Affordable Garage Doors
No service, non appearance

On 1 February 2013 the garage door motor installed at Fontainebleau on 14 December 2013 stopped working. It was reported to Affordable Garage Doors on 1 February 2013 and since then I have been given the run about as to when the motor will be replaced. I am constantly told they are too busy and appointments made that are never kept. I was even told on one occasion that they had forgotten about me the previous day. Today, 8 February 2013 I am told it will be done tomorrow (Saturday) without any consultation if I am available. I am not available and now they suggest Wednesday next week. I have insisted on Monday, 10 February 2013 but with their record of non appearance it is highly unlikely. There is no back up service and their attitude is "well we are too busy and can't get to all the clients". This smacks of a poor product or once the product is installed they are just not interested as they have been paid.
