Package gone missing in SA postal system, again!!!

Parcel RI269340503ZA was last scanned on 2013/01/10 at the TSHWANE hub but I have not received delivery in Centurion yet (almost a month later). I phoned 0860111502 and they told me to visit the Centurion branch to ask for my parcel. At the Centurion branch they told me that they never received the parcel. This is but one of many of my parcels that got lost in the South African postal system!
