Bargain Market
Pram with bent ba

Miscellaneous

During November 2012 I brought used baby goods to Bargain Market for them to sell and deduct 15% as commission. Early January 2013 we visited their shop to check why there is delay, they told us the goods are in their store and they are selling the stuff that arrived before ours. On 24th January 2013 i received an email from Lauren with price list for three items that i asked her to sell. Immediately i responded and agree because I've been waited too long for the items to be sold so i just accept any selling price. Yesterday they sent a message stated that the pram back rest doesn't go up and down properly, bar is slightly bent and they want to donate it.

The price for a pram on their price list was R400.00 amount due to me is R280.00, reminder R120 is for their commission. The pram is in their store for two months and they just notice it has a bent as a result it need to be donated. To me that is strange and not acceptable.

I want my goods back with no dent or anything wrong with them, fortunately i put the goods on gum tree with a picture before i brought to them, i want them back looking luck that picture.

I thank you in advance, Peter.
