Incorrect drop off details

I booked a trip from my house to pelican park Centre, which is 2 minutes only, frogmouth street to pelican shopping Centre, but my receipts say 11 min to Schaap kraal, which I did not go to
says I changed the drop off details from the original, but I swear I did not, so somewhere something is wrong and I was charge more than suppose to

Please investigate, as this is worry some, if I don't query these kinds of incidents can happened all the time without people knowing they been charges extra
