Machine faulty

Good morning to you. I apologise for the late submission of my complaint but the matter was resolved on site but could reoccur again. On thureday 7 th May i went to your auto bank at Camaro Crossing Shopping Center to draw my SASSA old persons grant like i have been doing every month for longer than 5 years since i moved back to Johannesburg. As usual i processed my request as I normally do and withdrew my Postbank card no. 4023 3700 0092 2908 and waited for my cash. Even though my bank card had been returned to me the machine did not give me my money but continued to instruct me to remove my card. This continued for some time and i decide that seeing that your machine had not given me my money I would go to ABSSA auto machine and try there. Unfortuately their machine also had problems when it opened up the first thing it gave me was a request if i wanted to find out more about ABSA to which when i said no nithing happened and if i wanted to proceed any further i had to press yes and complete their questionair. I repeated trying to get onto ABSA but with no joy. I then stood in the que for Standard Bank Auto machine and while i was there i heard your machin start making a noise and then i saw a pile of money came out of the slot. This was 20 minutes after i had given up hope of getting my money from your machine and walked away. Fortunately nobody else had tried to use your machine after i had left it because it was in site so i took the money and went into Pick n Pay next to the Auto Banks and counted the money i had taken from your machine and it was the amount i had asked your machine to give me. Luckily for your bank o got my money because if i had walked away in frustration only to find out the grant money i had asked for was now gone. I am sure that you recieved other complaints similar to this. I hope that this machine is now working properly
