I am writing to address a matter of great concern and seek your assistance in resolving an issue that has persisted for an extended period.

Approximately a year and a half ago, I engaged Mafori's services with the understanding that steps would be taken to remove me from the debt review process. Regrettably, despite my commitment and the financial resources expended, there has been no tangible progress in this regard. To exacerbate matters, I have been charged a substantial amount, totaling 1,000 ZAR, without witnessing the promised outcomes.

My efforts to seek updates through phone calls have resulted in assurances, but unfortunately, these have not translated into any concrete actions or advancements in my case. The lack of resolution and the continuous financial burden are causing considerable distress.
