Delivery was to take place according to communication sent via the Shein App. The delivery guys calls and rather rude saying that he can't find the address on the parcel that is to be delivered.

I asked him what the delivery address on the parcel is. I confirmed that it's correct after he read it out. He further said, it was dispatched to the incorrect area, and he will need to return the parcel to the depot.

The Depot is 2km from the area of delivery. He said he needs to follow procedure and return it. No my parcel keeps showing it is out for delivery. there is no way of communication with the depot whatsoever. The robotic app is not being attentive in any way. You click to communicate with a human it keeps on saying we'll be with you immediately. Does anyone know what seems to be going on?
