Unfriendly and lazy staff

I was waiting to get an HIV test for more than 20 minutes while the nurse was busy gallavating. She didn't even bother to tell me she was going on lunch even though she was told about me waiting for her. Her name is Reneloe, from the time I entered the clinic she was not doing anything and all of a sudden she had to attend to me then she was on lunch. The overall service of the clinic is bad, I was not even tested for anything even though I was complaining about a headache for days. Very terrible service indeed
