Poor service at drive thru

On Friday, 26 August 2022, around 9pm I went to the Pmb Central Macdonalds drive thru. I placed my order and was asked at the collection window to park and wait for my order. After about 15min..my order had not yet arrived so I got off and went to the window and enquired about my order. I was barely greeted by a staff member who's reply to me was she didn't deal with drive thru orders and continued doing what she was doing.. and at no time called anyone to assist me. Amidst all the laughing and chatting with the other staff..I had to raise my voice to ask who is in charge. I have never before experienced such poor service.. they all just stood around mumbling to each other and still no one came to my aid. I asked several times for the person in charge and was completely ignored!! A lady eventually shouts from a distance and tells me the only order she has is an iced coffee and where did I come from. Like seriously!!! I was just at the window..paid for my order of 2 veggie burger meals and was told to park and wait!! The uninterested and clueless looks on your staffs faces was infuriating. After telling them for the 3rd time.. I ordered at the drive thru and what I ordered.. another lady emerges with a slip.. quickly shoves stuff into a packet and just hands it to me.. no apologies.. no sincerety... absolutely pathetic.. I went through the drive thru because I had my children in the car.. I had to leave them and go to fetch my order and still be treated with such disgusting behaviour. Very disappointed Macdonalds PMB!! Your staff need training in manners!!!
