Not Delivering. How long it will TAKE!!!

I ordered a magazine on 29 August 2012. Placed in delivery on the following day. Today is 5 February 2013 AND I still do not have this magazine. After dealing with the publishers since last year and no result because it is out of their hands... and they are also tiered of fighting about the service. They gave the tracking number to me (the client). SO know I'm doing the fighting that it takes the SA Post Office almost 7 months now to deliver a magazine to the CORRECT address!!! How is this possible??? My parcel seems not to be able to leave all Pretoria, Tswane ect. suburbs and be delivered in Randburg. I did not know that Pretoria is a 7 month drive/flight away from Johannesburg... I tried to phone (all the numbers on website) to confirm if the address is correct on parcel. BUT I can not do that if nobody EVER answers the phones. I'm tiered of waiting. WHERE IS MY MAGAZINE!!! I've been waiting for 6 months now! Can someone answer me PLEASE!!! PS. I would have driven threw myself but it was a non-refundable order and I've been patient till now! So - S Pillay from Witspos on 012-6543603 my parcel is apparently with you according to website! So answer your dam phone!!!
