Withdrawal option was not open for me and FICA documents were not processed

I won a large sum of money emailed the required documents and tried withdrawing multiple times but I couldn't. The following day they send me a message saying they processed my documents, yet I was unable to withdraw throughout the night.

I ended up paying games thinking maybe something would change but to my surprise I still couldn't withdraw. Only when I lost my winnings the option to upload documents and withdrawal was available.

I believe I was scammed, they understand how addictive gambling can be and the function of not being able to withdraw and upload my docs was used as a bait for me to keep paying so I can lose my winnings.

The online casino basically didn't enable me to withdraw and upload my documents until my winnings were played up.

I feel a sense of sabotage from Hollywoodbets. Please kindly assist I need to recover the money I was strategically robbed of
