Poor Diagnosticts and passing the buck

Miscellaneous

My Toyota always goes in on due time for its service which costs thousants and I took it in for its 105000km service in September 2013 where I complained about the water level of my engine coolant. I was told my waterpump was the origin and it had a leak but because of the very high cost of the service i could not afford the waterpump aswell which was priced at another R4000.I asked if it was possible to drive for several weeks until i could return the vehicle to replace the waterpump and the service manager said it was fine and i had to keep and eye on the water level as i did. I then replaced the waterpump in November with the timing belt which cost extra again. I then returned the Vehicle on the 6th of Jan where i again complained. On this 120000km major service i was told it was a vacuum in the system and was flushed. This was not the problem and i returned again this monday the 3rd of Feb and complained again. I was ONLY now advised that it might be the Gasket. I myself then took the vehicle to be tested at Silverton Radiators and found the problem. Toyota's Dealer principle came back to the cust service complaint and im told NO support is available. NOT MY NEGLIGENCE BUT MY PROBLEM
