SABC TV Licence still not cancelled since 03-2013

I have already cancelled my TV license due to immigration, but have now received an email regarding non payments and penalties.
I have sent the correct documentation as required and started the process on 29/01/2013.
It was confirmed at 9:45 on 14/03/2013 that all the correct cancellation documents was received.
I left SA on 16/03/2013 to start a new life in Zambia. Now I am starting to receive mails stating that penalties has been added and final notices aswell. After countless mails and expensive phone calls, I have learned that it was finally handed over to the cancellation offices. Every week I get told the same and still I receive mails of final warnings and penalties. I am not allowed to speak to any of the people working at cancellation office to find out why after almost a year not living in SA is it still not cancelled?
I would like if some one from that office can finally respond to my and so many other peoples complaint for a change. It is pathetic the way all this is handled. Every one here will hear about this and I will broadcast it evry where.
