We are in the process to apply for immigration to Australia and after a very slow 6 months process with a consultant that is always very busy, rushing phone calls and if not sick, very very busy, we just heard he left the company and no one at Global Visas / IXP could bother to contact us and inform us that he is not available anymore. They use their own internal internet messaging system, only way to reach him other than the phone. I eventually got through to their number last week to hear he was off sick. Phoned yesterday to hear that he left the company, left a message for the manager. After holding on for nearly 10 minutes (after the call was cut and trying 10 times to get through to the number) I was transferred to a consultant that had no IDEA of why I was calling, I was totally annoyed. I am very concerned and not happy with the lack of service I am getting from them. In the past few months they changed from Global Visas to IXP with no communication, their landlines are forever engaged and in some instance their website is also not available - have informed the consultant. Is this company still going to last for the next few months to support me with this application??
