Impatient Delivery Guy

Today I received my online goods and the guy who delivered came to the door and then rang the bell and a second later he rang it again and then started shouting my name. He shouted so much and loud that my father heard from upstairs. Now as the face of your company he was very annoying and I wish that he would give me at least 40 seconds to get to the door. He rang the bell and expected me magically appear within a second, I wasn't far from the front door but that was very unprofessional, especially since I answered it 30 seconds later.
