Durban South Panel Beaters
Taking over 30 days to repair body damage

My BMW has been with Durban South Panelbeaters for over a month and when I tried to call and do a follow up they told me they are waiting for spares. Approval for repairs was the 17th of January 2014. But they've not even called me to update me. Absa iDirect gave me a car to use for 30 days, now I've to return that vehicle and my BMW is still not fixed.
