On the 24th Jan 2014 I sent my vehicle in for its 30000km (2nd) Service.
I was amazed at the friendly staff, the great service but I have to tell you, completely disappointed with the fact that on collection of my vehicle to find that my GARMIN along with the window holder and charger were from my vehicle!!!

After numerous emails, and conversation the outcome was "we looked every where for you Garmin, Sorry Maam, but we cannot be held responsible for the loss of your Garmin"

DOESN'T YOUR WORK SHOP HAVE CAMERAS AND ARE YOU NOT INTERESTED IN FINDING THE THAT WORKS WITH YOU!!!

I cant believe one can entrust our vehicles in your care. How can you hire staff members who blatantly from your clients!!!
And the best outcome you had was "We are sorry"!!!

RIDICULOUS REALLY!!!
Will refrain from using your BRANCH EVER AGAIN
