No responce - read by several

POSTBANK ACCOUNT - i lodge a complaint and then finally found email complaints address. send it on to them, it was READ by more than a dozen people but nobody emails or phones me? i asked again this morning, branch says it is still frozen and email non-response. it is humiliating and embarrasing to have to battle 10 days to draw money. i have bills to pay and things to pay and i am having to borrow and beg to do it???
