I recently had a problem with the New Ford Fiest's Aircon, without a doubt, a warranty claim.
basically it took Menlyn BB Ford 2 weeks to get this sorted, after "ordering the parts" on my first visit.

My next 2 weeks included none of the promised call backs regarding my questioning, only once i sent the dealership a complaint, did i get any sort of action!

Previously at this dealership, i have had an iPod and told it was my fault (was never told or asked to remove anything from the car). also, on one occasion i arrived to collect my car earlier than expected to find out my car had been taken to buy lunch! disgusting!

This is all very sad as the service when buying the car was ok! Since then, any dealing have not involved payment and it seems this just means you are not treated well at all.

Menlyn Ford, you will need to understand that you can only make your all important targets if your service is up to scratch! If you treat clients like when your are not being paid, they wont come back!!

Pull up your socks!!
