Cv Profs
Absolutely poor service & bad attitude!!!

My wife contracted CV Profs to write her CV. Full paymnt made upfront on 30 Sep & deadline of 18 Oct for 1st draft was given by CVProfs. My wife stated upfront that she requires efficient turnaround 4 CV to apply for positions before year end. On 18 Oct, no draft received but request made for extension until 22 Oct. On 22 Oct again no draft received. We followed up. On 24 Oct, promise made by CV profs to deliver on 26 Oct, which again was missed. After following up again, 1st draft received on 27 Oct (10 days after agreed deadline).

CV was poorly written, using every possible buzz word in the industry. Had a telephone discussion with Alyona re the quality of draft & general unhappiness with service, to which her response was that they were working on it & "its not like [they] were sitting with their feet up, drinking a martini"!!!

2nd draft was committed by 31 Oct - none received. Only on 4 Nov, we received a call frm company to request more info. 2nd draft received 5 Nov but still not to customer satisfaction. We tried in Dec to arrange face-to-face meeting but were not accommodated & eventually wrote CV ourselves. We wld NOT recommend CV Profs - poor service & attitude!!
