I recently had a pack of nappies which were faulty, in that the toggles on the sides kept falling off. I complained about the product and Huggies were super efficient in dealing with my complaint. It is so nice to know that there's a Company out there who: 1) cares about what we, the consumer think of their product, and 2) are prepared to backup the quality of their product with a guarantee. I was worried to purchase another pack but with the response I received to my complaint, I no longer feel this way. I have since bought quite a number of Huggies Blue packs, it is the only nappy I use... and have not encountered any further problems with these nappies. THANK YOU HUGGIES FOR ASSISTING ME WITH MY COMPLAINT SO QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY! You're a great company with great staff.
