TV License bad attitude bad service

I have never, its as if you are treated as a criminal, I was out the country and when came back was hit with this demand to pay for a tv license i never had?
I sent the collection service proof, emails calls, affidavids etc, at that I thought was that, but oh no
years later again these guys still insist we owe them money why because they can, just make life miserable for someone, it turns out that I still must provide more information.
But that isnt whats said on correspondence in fact no formal policy or procedure is given they just send demands.
because they can.
So I called them to find out and the attitude from them license department is so aggressive and negative non helpful - and on top of this threatening.
A traumatic experience overall.
