I have never in my life dealt with such incompetent people in my life.
Even Telkom exceeds the better customer service. I have called on numerous occasions and have been dealing with quite a few consultants asking for my banking details as i have closed my account the 31st of March.
8 DAYS ago a consultant informed i would receive my deposit back within 8 days.
Now i called an was informed it would take 9 weeks from a very rude Indian Women!

If someone does not give me the right information today, further steps will be taken.

Its easy to cut off our electricity should we skip, but not so easy to return whats rightfully ours.
