SPCA
In response to letter from Melinda Boyd Hughes

On at least 2 occasions in the past year, my wife's office was contacted saying that we should contact the SPCA urgently or the dog will be removed from our premises, and that after having found no fault. Concerning her aggression, she was never once aggressive to any member of my household, especially towards my toddler. She was protective, and no stranger would dare come near us. Both Suzette and Melinda were aware of the conflict between ourselves and our neighbour (we do not know what we did wrong). Melinda cannot be held accountable for her mother's actions, but she was aware of the situation and should not have disclosed the information at all. Her mother never showed any sign of fondness towards the animal, nor approached us of any problems, she always took the cowards way and got others involved.
