Inefficient legal department and SRS and associate

I owed avon money and they took my account to SRS and associates and blacklisted me without enough contact. I have payed off the account (02/11/2012) through their legal representatives (SRS and Associates). But their service and efficiency with the accounts department is very poor, I still receive smss that I owe money and i am blacklisted. When you phone in, all the people there are Mrs Naidoo or Mrs Chetty. I am really concerned if this is a way for this law firm to make extra money by targeting poor people trying to make a living, and easily just blacklist them. They also cannot give straight answers.
My matter is yet to be resolved and I still owe money I dont know about
