I was called in the morning by Mr Pillay to say that if I payed the outstanding VAT on a parcel, it could still be delivered that afternoon. I duly did this and sent a fax through the bank's proof of payment system.
The courier arrived with my parcel in the afternoon and was told by dispatch that it was a COD delivery. I explained that I had already done an EFT.
The driver then called My Pillay at the office who claimed that he had no record of the payment and told the driver to leave. This was all on speaker phone so I heard every word.
I again e-mailed Mr Pillay the proof of payment and because I was in a hurry, trying not to waste the driver's time, sent the wrong document by accident.
Again Mr Pillay was rude and obnoxious about the accident on speaker phone.
I finally managed to get the proof through to the company and Mr Pillay put the phone down on me.

I will never use UPS again by choice.
