SANRAL bills me for someone else's car!!!

SANRAL listen carefully!!

I did the "honourable" thing and registered an e-tag. Now I am receiving bills for someone eles's car as well. The picture clearly shows its not my car, and I did not even register a car, im driving a bike?! My bike's number plate starts with CKL, and the picture shows a car which number plate starts with CLK. With all do respect I really think some of your employees are dyslexic and cannot read very well. They also don't know the difference between a bike and a car.
I am really disgusted by this service, I mean we are all already fed-up with this whole e-tag system, at least give us good service. I don't have time to sort out nonsense like this! Rectify this ASAP!
