I took my car to tata in randburg for staring rack to be replaced and I was told that they will call me back once they have received the part,

I called them after 5 days only to be told that the car must be serviced first before they can order the part, even though the car is only 8000km,

My problem is that I was only told after 5days that I have to service the car before they can order the part and I am the initiator of the call, no one called even today nothing happened is now full three weeks.
