Without making this a long he said she said article, I am not impressed with Ram Hand to Hand service and support.
I cannot understand a courier company cannot give advance notice of collection, instead contacting a person 20min before wanting to collect. I have been battling for two days just to have a firearm collected and still no joy.
To the person who'll be receiving this report... your service truly and it is clear that your company are the only license holder to transport firearms and ammunition you think you can charge what you want and offer sub standard service not only to your customer but also where you are collecting from.
