Kia stucked while it's new

On the 26 December i was stucked with brand new car sportage car started with oil light flashing. i then stopped nd bought 3bottles of oil there after i drove on it started again oil light flashing, funny sounds from the car it also over heating by then. The following day i phoned Leon sales executive he referred me to the manager who said i must phone the road site assistance to tow the car. The car was taken to East Rand mall nd now they said problem is casket nd radiator nd they want me to pay. car is having 5months. Please help me to get another car.
