Ad quality hair curl

I am a very unhappy client, I came into headrush for an appointment for curl, I paid a whole R240 for a "flat iron curl, firstly I did inform the hairdresser Jacques that my hair is straight, and he promised me that the curls done with a "flat" iron will hold very long. 16:30 my curls were flat, and a little bit of advise, have a look at your pricing, hair salon charge an average of R180.00 for curling, but its ok I did not complain about pricing, my main complaint is that when I phoned in the lady answering the phone did not once apologise, I just got a quick answer, its the weather, I have done my hair in curls before, and if I may add, it was raining that day and my hair actually lasted till the morning. now that's quality, so I have a reason for my complaint. I will not stop until I receive a refund, due to how my complaint was handled, I also sent an email after my phone call and no response, Please learn to take responsibility for your action, and at least try to fix it. This was my first and absolute last visit to your salon, and to make matters worse my friend also had her hair done the same day, and also sent a complaint mail, and no response.
