I recently ordered 3 items off your online website dated 27th December 2013. Upon delivery I noticed that 1 of the items had been forgotten & left off the shipment. I subsequently contacted you & you informed me that it was a mistake & that your Durban branch had forgotten to send the unit out, following this, another shipment was made to me & the head unit was delivered. Now today (18th January) I had the unit installed by an official installers for HI-FI Corporation & found that the head unit was missing it's bracket, wiring loom & even once we arranged that we found the head unit to be faulty upon start up. I then phoned your head office & found the staff very unhelpful saying I should just email my complaint & there was no official person I could speak with regarding the issue. Following this I phoned your Durban branch where the head unit was meant to have shipped from & I spoke with Kresin & then Resaak. Both of which were very defensive & rude towards me, offering no help other than that I must be the one at fault & that the best they can do is send the unit back to back to the supplier.
I am seriously unhappy & appalled at the level of customer service & professionalism.
