AMAZING SERVICE - thank you so much Corne!

I recently bought quite a few things from Tafelberg Furnishers with my first purchase being the Russell Hobbs toaster and kettle combo. When I moved into my apartment about a month later and started using these appliances, both were faulty and not working. I called Tafelberg and dealt with a very rude person whos name I cannot remember. Eventually I spoke to the manager who agreed that I can exchange it for a new set. On the day I went back to exchange, I then purchased a remote controlled fan and 2 outdoor chairs, when I got home I was initially upset because I had asked for the fan to be assembled for me but this was not done. after a long time trying to assemble it myself I eventually got it right and was now excited to use it. To my etreme disappointment, this too was faulty and not working.By this time, I was furious and frustrated that again I would need to go all the way back to Bellville to exchange the fan. I called into the store and got through to Corne. I was so rude to her and I feel so bad about that but she absolutely 100% AMAZING. I have no other words describe how amazing she was.
