My very first interaction with Hyundai this was and upon arrival at 7h15 I waited in line to drop my brother's vehicle for a service. The vehicle was eventually booked in at 7h35 exactly.
They offered me a shuttle ride to work, subject to me waiting a few minutes in the service reception area which I accepted. I work 10mins from the Centre at Tyger Waterfront. Every single person sitting in the area at the time left along with drivers, including many of those who got there after me. All this being orchestrated by Patrick and another mature gentleman. A man seated right next to me, who arrived 20 minutes after me, left alone with their shuttle driver, needing to travel a much further distance than me!
They promised another driver would take me and a couple of other people who had a seat some 30mins after I had booked in my vehicle. This particular driver decided he did not want to do it!! In the end I confronted everyone there at 8h50, including Anton. All they had to do is tell me they were too busy and I could have taken a taxi, instead of wasting my life away and compromising my work day. This all whilst at least 15 staff members stood around doing NOTHING, including Anton!!
