Bad repair jo

I took my car yesterday to have a chip in the windscreen fixed as I have done on previous occasions. On completion the chip looked more obvious than when I went in nevermind the new shallow hole in the windscreen!
I was told apon leaving that they would call me first thing in the morning to send someone out to fix today, it at a time convenient to me. I recieved the call at 11am and told the man that I need it done before 1pm.
At 1:20pm I get a call from some other guy telling me that no one is available unlit at least 3pm - which is not convenient to me. Not only do I find the service dis-satifactory I find that the staff are rude, unhelpful and just do not seem to care about making things right with a dis-satisfied custome
