Not up to standard

I just want to bring to your attention the bad service at your Springs Centre.
Today was the third time that they couldn't help me.
The first was last year when I had to replace a building window. They could quote me, but they couldn't sent someone out to install it for 3 weeks.
Then in the beginning of the year, I had to repair a chip to my windscreen. No one able to operate the machine, so I had to go somewhere else.
Today i had to repair a chip to another windscreen, and now their machine broke this morning...
It's really bad for PG Glass reputation.
