In September 2013 I booked services for car. MB advised they cannot service as the relevant mileage was not yet achieved. i explained the motor plan expires and want it to be checked. they changed the brakes and discs. they did not mention any other problems. when serviced in December 2013 they advised me the light (bulbs) must be changed, costly, is LED and must be different, didn't understand? the engine mountings must be done also, very costly. all this, after the plan expired. why was this not picked up earlier? how can the engine mountings have to be replaced if nothing said 3 months prior, the car only has 89000km? the lights? id did not change the lights, it was as is and why now. after the service, now the lights are giving problems, nothing before the service? they advise me that i didn't mention the mountings, so they didn't look, bu there was no complain or noise? i requested Sifiso, pro forma invoices for the repairs and he did not yet reply after 3 emails requests. the service is poor. they let you wait for pick ups and you have to follow up with them. i am just overall very unhappy with Mercedes Benz's service and the Lifestyle Centre at Menlyn.
