Motor vehicle accessories not delivered

I have purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Imperial Select George at the end of October 2013.

The Jeep was sold to me under the condition that all accessories that comes standard on that specific Jeep (2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 2.8 CRD) is included in the deal. This specifically included the soft top with all accessories as well as 4 handle straps.

After delivery I have found that the handle straps were missing. Since Nov 12 I have made several attempts to contact their offices and have spoken to Deodat on at least 3 or 4 occasions. Each time he promised that he would come back to me but not him or anybody else did. I have also attempted to contact the principle dealer, Elandre Moore, but he was never available and no one phoned me back.

Jeep has confirmed that all Jeep Wrangler Unlimited models comes out standard with the 4x handle straps included. Since the deal was made with the sales person on condition that all standard accessories will be supplied and the 4x handle straps are part of the standard accessories, Imperial Select George should supply me with these.

These handle bars cost R485 each (4 x R485=R1940).
