Delaying tatics game and lying

I bought a car from Capital Auto World in Benoni on the 31 October 2013. Since i have transfered payment on the 28th October 2013; they have to me to replace the tyres and fix the brakes. I have in contact with the sales person Aadil Khan since then and was now refer to Dave the Manager i was told... i have been communicating with Dave since begining December and he requested i bring the car in for an inspection which i did and he confirmed that the tyres and brakes need to be replaced..but since then he has been using delayin tactics. after more numerous calls he indicated that i should bring in the car again for an assessment which i did on the 11/01/2013. after having spend there for 4hours and he keep on saying that he is waiting for approval from his seniors; in the mean time Mike from CAW were doing sumthing on my car .not sure what he did. when i enquired from Dava again what is happening he said i must give him 5 minutes; (he has been sying that since i arrived there the morning) when i ask him are you gona replace my tyres, he then said no... when i left there after wasting all my tyme and petrol to get to benoni from pretoria..i felt my car was reffing & idliling was n
