NO ANSWER, NO CALL RETURNED!!!

Bought the Mineral (Absolute dry) Roll on deodorant in December.
After popping it into my bag on the 21st (as i Always do) i got to work, and by mid afternoon i felt i needed to apply more - not normal! reach for the bottle, The lid still sealed tight and open it to be covered in a dripping mess of deodorant. the ball part still intact, but has somehow leaked - EVERYWHERE!! I tried calling you but was met by a greeting of your in training on the 20th and will be closed from the?? /12/2013 and will be back in the office on the 03/01/2014. Left a message, No reply. Today i have called twice, to be met with the same message. It is now the 7th of January 2014. Do you think i can find a single email address for your Customer Care ANYWHERE? NO!
I expect a call, and an explanation.
