Unfair dissmissal

Hi, peter i use to work for abi as an account manager and i was dismiss 1 april 2012, i was working well with abi and doing well with the company i use to report to qiniselani memela.

i feel like i was unfairly dismiss because it was my first offence, i had my own personal problems at home, i was forgetful that the company took action as i made them aware of my problems and they took me for counselling and immediately i completed my session with the psycologist the company never gave me a chance to prove myself they immediately took me for a hearing which my manager was not involve but he asked another manager to stand in for him and i also heard rumours that my manager was influence by the district manager to get rid of me.

i even went to ccma where i lost my case and the report i got from ccma does not correspond according to my case or is correct and i heard rumours that big companies like that they buy their cases at ccma and i heard some of my colleague telling me that my case was bought.

i was left bankrupt and into debts when i was dismiss by abi and i was also expecting my first born with my fiannce and i am still in debts.so pls help me peter to be reinstated.
